Sudan is facing a severe humanitarian crisis. A conflict between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) erupted in April 2023, exacerbating an already dire situation. Resulting in:

Over 12 million people forced from their homes
More than 10 million still displaced within the country
More than half of Sudan’s population requires aid, with critical shortages of food, water, medicine, and fuel.
At least 15,500 lives claimed, some estimates as high as 150,000
